MERCO Credit Union CEO named Man of the Year!
Our CEO, Michael Malone, has been named Man of the Year 2010 by the Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce! This award was presented to Michael Malone at the Chamber Installation Dinner on June 11th for Mike's many contributions to the community. These contributions include MERCO Credit Union stepping in to save one of Merced's biggest community events, the MERCO Credit Union Cycling Classic. Mike has also long been involved in many organizations like Merced Boosters and Merced Ahead. This award is a tribute to the commitment of the credit union to serving our community.

Important Notice: Text-Phishing Scam
On February 12th, a text message was sent to numerous cell phone subscribers notifying them that their MERCO Credit Union card is deactivated and instructs them to call to reactivate. Both MERCO members and non-members have reported receiving these text messages. This is a fraudulent text phishing scam. MERCO Credit Union does not send out text messages when cards are deactivated. The phone number has been disabled. Here are some important tips:

We have also upgraded our free bill pay for members with a checking account. To serve you better, the upgrade features an easy-to-use product with more time saving details, plus all the features you've come to expect in bill pay. To enroll, log into home banking as usual and then click on the "Bill Pay" Button. Click on the demo button above to view a demo of bill pay!
