Beware of Scammers!
- Don’t give your card information to anyone on the phone unless you’ve made the call to the number on the back of your card. This includes the last several digits of your card or numbers on the back of the card.
- Don’t give anyone the one-time passcodes that we send to your cell phone or email to anyone. Treat it as confidential information and never divulge it, even if someone appears to be from us.
- Scammers can change the caller ID to be whatever number or name they want, including our phone number. Be aware and never give out information when the person is contacting you. Hang up and call the number on the back of the card instead.
- Fraudsters often know your name, social security number, age, and date of birth. They are very sophisticated and use your data.
